  Extremely disappointed with service. We are new to area and I was excited that we could go to a provider that was conveniently located, however the office is awful to communicate with. When scheduling my appointment, the office did not answer my questions regard annual appointments versus sick visits versus new patients. And of course after seeing the provider, the coding was incorrect and I have spent weeks trying to fix the error. Every time I call I am on hold for 30 mins. The office has been extremely unhelpful. We will not be going back.

  Dr Davis has been my Dr for some 5yrs now, and I have always been extremely satisfied with the care I receive at her office. In fact, I drive many miles outside my city to visit her, passing many, many Drs offices on my way. I find her and her staff to be friendly, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. They sit and really listen to my issues and involve me in the decision making process. I could not be more satisfied.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I do not feel the staff was great. More frustrating due to their lack of communication in the office. Waited 30 min in front office and over 40 in back. Dr said she went into wrong room. Called before to make sure I could have blood taken in office and they assured me, but when I got there said they could not due to being later in the day. It was an 9:30 am appt. on Fri, but still. Never called back when needed medication. Asked to speak with nurse or doctor and kept getting the receptionist who had no clue. Called 4 times to try to get prescription filled, but they said they already gave it to me which they did not. A nurse called to say the dr wanted to keep me on meds and I said I would call back with a pharmacy. When I called the receptionist kept saying my levels looked fine and I didn't need the medicine. After four calls and no apologies I gave up and told them so. They still did not try to correct the problem or even offer to have the nurse call back. Would not recommend.
