  After several years a patient of Dr. Leigh Spicer, I highly recommend her as a primary care physician. I have total confidence in her knowledge and skills. She recognizes when a specialist is called for and does not hesitate to say so. Her friendly, caring manner and style are also a big plus. My prescription refill requests are handled timely. The office environment is very clean and inviting.

  I was a regular patient here, and I missed my regular check up last year. The office had no available appointments before my insurance incentive deadline was due a month later, so instead I had to get my physical at a CVS. I called in at 8AM this morning because of abdominal pain lasting more than 12 hours. I was told I was going to be worked into the schedule and that I would get a call back. I called back twice during the morning and was told to wait for a call back. At 3PM, I called back a third time and I was told that I was no longer considered a regular patient there so I could not get an appointment. Meanwhile, I've been in pain all day long waiting on them. Horrible service. Appointments are extremely difficult to make, it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. When they tell you that they will call you back, plan on calling them back instead. They will never get back to you.
