- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I actually haven't had a problem with the people physically in the front office- they're generally courteous if distracted- but unless you physically go to the office to deal with them, you'll just end up parked in some voicemail box that never gets checked. Compass may as well not even bother posting a phone number. The office also has an interesting policy of requiring drug screens for everyone- always nice to be treated like a criminal because you suffer from depression- for which they then send a $1000+ bill to your insurance company. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been working with the same Doctor and various staff for almost ten years now. I have NEVER had an unpleasant moment with the staff. I think some of these reviews are slightly exagerated. I look forward to my visits and my conversation with the staff, Ariel and I often laugh about something.
