  Do not go here unless you have very little care about your life. I unfortunately was referred to this terrible office in Jan. Since then it has been a living hell getting adequate care. The front desk woman has poor etiquette and has no idea how to do simple office tasks such as filling my insurance properly, answering phone calls, relaying messages to my doctor etc. Her attitude is poor and she has no issue hanging up the phone on you. Have I mentioned the phone she is answering is from her own house.. She answers the phone as if she is speaking to one of her girlfriends not a doctor's office. I have been waiting since Feb to get a PROPER diagnosis of fabry disease. Dr. Shapiro did not properly diagnosis me so I took it upon myself to call in genzyme so they could explain to him the "medical professional" the proper steps that needed to be taken. Finally he ordered my DNA test. My daughter needed to have her finger pricked. I had to tell him to wash his hands. Then he set the needle on the DIRTY table and tried to use it on my daughter AGAIN. Fast forward I've been waiting weeks to here our results. Finally I call and the front desk woman says there is a problem with our insurance. We have Tricare. I call tricare and I'm told a claim was never put in. THEY NEVER PUT IN A CLAIM. THEY aren't processing our bloodwork and I told the front desk woman (Her name is Elaine) exactly what she needed to do AGAIN. I gave her the number to tricare who said if she called and put in the referral it can be done today. A week goes by she NEVER called. She is not putting in the referral for our blood work to be processed because she "doesn't know how". She claims she's never had to do that before. My grandmother saw this same doctor and died at 50 for the same disease. Meanwhile in waiting for a PROPER diagnosis from a doctors office that hangs up the phone on me and doesn't know how to file paperwork. Military memembers BEWARE. If you get a referral here call tricare and SWITCH. The rule is if you've already been seen they will not switch the referral. Switch before you see him. You could be saving your or your family members lives. Don't learn the hard way. This is the worst health care I've ever received
