  The admin staff for this office is HORRENDOUS. I attempted to transfer to Dr. Gleaton 3 weeks ago (August 8) when I went to the office to fill out the paperwork to release my records from my old office. I called and called repeatedly to check on the status as I needed to have my GTT test at 28 weeks. On more than one occasion the staff was rude and inconsiderate. I was told my chart sat on someone's desk for a week and my old Dr took some time to process the paperwork. Then it took them 3 days to get the information to the Dr. Three weeks have gone by for them to receive and process my records for them to tell me that I'm too far along in my pregnancy to be transferred. So now I am denied as a patient, still have not had my GTT test, and do not have an OB to deliver my baby in 6 weeks. Perhaps Dr Gleaton is a good Dr, but with the admin staff that they have at her office, I would NOT recommend.
