- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is a very poorly run office! The PA I was forced to see was flippant, took up to two weeks to return calls, and did not give good instructions on how to take medicine for shingles. One call for a script refill resulted in one of the nurses yelling at me and hanging up on me. I called for three days, beginning Wednesday, for vitally needed pain prescription. Though I called twice each day, they did not have it ready until 4pm on a Friday, and then told me they wouldn't wait for me to get there (I live over an hour away during rush hour traffic time).
