- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going here for almost 2 years now. I only keep going because it's all I can afford. It has now come to a point where they are hurting my mental health. Excessively. Because of the environment they work in, most everyone there couldn't care less about you. I have done everything they've required of me and more. They are now too busy to see me and refusing to refill a prescription I have been functionin extremely well on for SEVEN YEARS. Because of their negligence and complete disregard for their patients, I was forced into going cold turkey without my meds. I am now suffering in a way I cannot even convey. It's malpractice if you ask me. I'd be better of without them. With no "help." They also have an extremely high turnover rate, and I've had three therapists since starting. Go ahead and start over with all the work you've done. And then the new therapists don't even bother to read your file. If you have any other choice, I'm begging you to go anywhere else.June 16, 2017by Myranda June
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I sought out help only to find that this place, when they can get to making an appointment for you, doesn't keep appointments. When I finally got appointments set up through a case manager; I never saw any of the people my appointments were with. I was giving my information to a persons taking notes for someone else. I was billed for all these appointments to see people I was not scheduled to see. I never got any sort of help. Now have a good reliable doctor & wouldn't send my dog to this place. This is who treats the seriously mentally ill that are indigent. For society to change they have got to do a better job.May 25, 2017by Karen Lane Marr
